DOLLY AND ELYSE
Dolly and Elyse, friends forever!
Did you know that dogs experience emotions, including love and sorrow? When I was a tiny Baby Buddha, leaving my Boston Terrier family broke my heart.
Fortunately, everyone in my human family showered me with love and affection the moment I arrived in my new home.
My beloved grand-maman took me in her arms and gave me a teddy bear. My uncle, aunt and cousins played with me and kissed me.
Our buddhaful friend Elyse also came to visit me. I felt so loved in her arms.
Mom captured our tender encounter on video.
I love you Elyse!
♥ Dolly the Boston Buddha
My Teddy Bear brought me comfort.
This is Smash, my Boston Terrier mom, when she was a puppy. Wasn’t she buddhaful?
This is my handsome papa, Popeye.
I melted – you could mop me up off the floor! Sooo sweet, and Dolly your mama Smash and papa Popeye are so beautiful I can see where you get your loveliness from, and papa was having some great fun wasn’t he?
Elyse was so sweet with you, and I know your Mama just loves seeing you so little.
We so love you both.
That’s so funny. I’ve always said my next dog would be named Smash! What CUTIES. Have you read Julie Klam’s book about Boston Terrier rescue? It’s a great one. xoxo
Oh you were such a precious little baby Dolly! Love the video – absolutely adorable!
