ABOUT TAO OF DOLLY
Suzanne Shugar envisioned an online Shangri-La that celebrates animals and promotes compassion several years ago, but it remained in the early stages until Dolly the Boston Buddha came into her life.
Dolly might be a small pooch but the inspiration she brought to the creation of TaoOfDolly.com is immense. Her principle of universal compassion, the Tao of Dolly, inspires and guides the choice of features, photos and videos on the site.
Dolly is Pooch Editor-in-Chief of TaoOfDolly.com, which includes the Tao of Dolly Times, Dolly PawCircle, Dolly Art Gallery and Dolly for Kids. The petite Boston Bulldog (aka Boston Terrier) also has her own Google+, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and Scoop.it accounts. Pug nose and cute paws to the ground, the newshound likes to sniff and dig for a compelling story. In fact, she has an excellent reputation for unearthing ‘Scoops’.
Performing for children is one of her favourite activities. Her amusing repertoire includes fancy pirouettes, a ‘Dolly Diva’ routine and locating ‘Dolly’s Bench’ in the park.
Suzanne is unabashedly gaga about Dolly. When skies are grey, her Pawsitively Zen pooch brings healing sunshine to everyone she meets. She is a constant reminder to savour moments of joy and to dance with abandon. Un, deux, trois, Tao of Dolly cha cha cha!
